What is the WIN-WIN Deal?  

Very simply, you can secure the rate of exchange on the day you order your currency, if you pay for it at the same time.

 

If the rate falls between then and when you collect it, you get the better rate - if the rate goes up, you get the better rate on the day you collect.

  Are there any restrictions?

Yes, but not many - and they're all about common sense, such as when a particular currency is going through an unstable period, we reserve the right to suspend it from the WIN-WIN offer.

 

We're sure you understand that during the current "Credit-Crunch" period, with all it means for the fluctuations in world currencies, we must enforce a maximum limit of £1000 for orders up to 7 days in advance and £500 for orders up to one calendar month in advance..

 

Our Win-Win offer applies to currency transactions only. We cannot extend this facilty to Travellers Cheques.

  Can I pay in advance at any of your branches?

In person, yes, you can pay by card, cash, bankers draft or building society cheque (unfortunately, we no longer accept personal cheques).

 

You can also pay in one branch and collect from another, but please make it clear which branch you wish to collect from and make sure you keep your receipt safe at all times.

 

If you use your card to pay in person, you must have two forms of photo identity with you.

Okay, we're a bit more hi-tech than the picture here suggests, but we do believe in good old fashioned virtues like courtesy and customer service.
